Beta 2.1

Permaculture - permanent agriculture - occurs when there is no significant disruptions in a field, such as ploughing or harvesting a monoculture.
These major happenings can be seen from outer space, except if there are enough permanent structures where biodiversity can hide, such as trees, flowering strips, piles of branches or any other diverse cropping system.

How it works

1

Choose a productive field

On the map below, you can search for your field by typing a region or city in the search bar.

2

Draw a polygon contouring the single field

By clicking on the map, draw a polygon contouring your field (between 0.4 and 10 ha). Take care that you draw it conservatively on the inside of the field border, making sure not to include the boundary effects.

3

Check if you can place any disruption

Our algorithm will show you any disruption for the selected field after January 1st, 2015. Give us feedback.
